Children of worshippers at the Grand Mosque will receive a dry iftar pack and a wristband containing the contact details of their parents/guardians during the holy month to prevent them getting lost in the crowds.

The Grand Mosque is especially busy during Ramadan as Muslims try to increase worship and their closeness to God.

The wristbands with contact details of parents/guardians are being distributed throughout the mosque, the head of the department for young pilgrims Fahd bin Salem Al-Hatirshi said.
